HKUGA College stands out at the 28th Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition

The Science Department and the STEAM and Science Research Committee are incredibly proud to announce the spectacular results of our students at the 28th Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (第28屆香港青少年科技創新大賽)! 

As the largest STEAM competition in Hong Kong with thousands of entries, this year was more competitive than ever, seeing the highest number of entries in history. On 21 March 2026, 15 of our dedicated students stood tall during the Final Judging.

BEST ORGANIZATION AWARD 
HKUGA College has been honored with the Best Organization Award! This is only given to the top 3 secondary schools among all participating secondary schools in Hong Kong. This marks the 2nd time we have received this prestigious title since 2022, proving our consistent excellence in STEAM education.

OUR WINNING TALLY 
Our S3-S5 Science Research teams and S1 students working on Scientific Drawings brought home a total of 7 awards:

1 Second Prize
