Application for S2 - S4 Admission 2024 - 2025

Information on Application

1. Please complete the online application through the school website. All required documents can be submitted in the system and payment can be made by credit card. Further instruction is stated on front page of the online application system here. (The system will be open when the application period starts)
2. Application period: 2 May 2024 (10:00)  - 3 June 2024(23:59)
3. Annual school fees for 2023 - 2024 are as follows:
   S2 - HK$41,700 | S3 – HK$41,700 | S4 – HK$44,200
   Our school has applied to the EDB for a school tuition fee adjustment for the school year 2024-2025.
4. The application fee is HK$75. The application fee is non-refundable.
5. Applicants will be invited for a written test on 29 June, 2024 (tentatively 8:30 am - 12:30 pm). Details will be delivered by email in due course. Only short-listed applicants will be invited for interviews and they will be notified individually on or before 5 July 2024. Interviews will be conducted on 8 - 9 July 2024 on campus. (No online interviews will be arranged) Admission results will be released on 10 July 2024.
6. According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and amend the personal data provided on the application form. Requests for the access to and amendment of personal data should be made in writing and sent to HKUGA College.
7. The College has put into place a “Fee Remission Scheme” for needy students (including those from families receiving the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and students receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA). “Scholarships” will also be offered to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performances or outstanding achievements in art, music, or sport.    Application for Secondary One Admission 2024 - 2025

   Information on Application

   1. Application period: 13^th November 2023 (10:00) – 12^th December 2023 (23:59)
   2. The annual school fee for Secondary 1 of the current year (2023-2024) is HK$41,700.
   3. The application fee is HK$75. The application fee is non-refundable.
   4. Please complete the online application through the school website.  The system will be opened on 13^th November 2023 (10:00am). All required documents can be submitted in the system and payment can be made by credit card. Further instruction is stated on the front page of the online application system.
   5. All applicants will be invited for a first interview, on 6^th January 2024. For other details, applicants will be notified individually through email. Only short-listed applicants will be invited for a second interview.
   6. The School will notify successful applicants by the end of April, 2024.
