- Benefits of Sports
- Sports and Nutrition
- Sports and Health

- Sports and Self-efficacy and
- Sports and Weight Management
Through these lessons, students will have a better understanding of the benefits of regular exercise; the lessons will also aim to further enhance students' knowledge and interest in various sports.
The practical lessons will enhance the students' interest in sports and will boost their confidence through fun-filled games and sports with modified rules: students will enjoy the fun of sports.
To stimulate students' interest in learning sports, experienced coaches and famous players will visit HKUGAC to introduce the basic skills and rules of sports, as well as to give demonstrations of some specific sports, like soccer. Students will be invited to enjoy the play-in sessions.
This course also allows students to have a wide range of physical activities in and outside the school, such as golf lessons and swimming lessons. In order to broaden students’ horizons, some new elements of the PE curriculum will be included, like rope-skipping and rope-skipping teams will be established in order to increase students’ confidence through participation in the fancy rope-skipping show.
The course also provides opportunities for different forms of self-reflection, communication and team work.
Students will be encouraged to take part in regular and enjoyable sports activities. They will also cultivate healthy and active lifestyles.
